Here’s a quick rundown on the information in the forms:
Policy For Dealers: This is the fine print. By signing the application you are acknowledging that you have read and will abide by the policy.
Bourse Application: Please fill in all of the applicable blanks and circle the 5 specialties that you would like shown in the program. Don’t forget to sign the application!
Booth Information and Technical Data: This is a list of what is included with your booth, booth pricing information, payment timeline, and show hours. A nice, concise reference.
Advertising Rate Sheet: Some dealers who are unable to make the show have requested an advertising spot in the program. Information on rates and some technical data can be found on this sheet.
Advertising Layouts: The sizes and orientation of advertising spots.
Exhibition Floor Layout: The Bourse Layout. As dealers are added the layout may change or be adjusted to accommodate specific requests.
What’s next? Here’s a very short to-do list:
Returning Dealers: Your $200 deposit and completed Bourse Application/Policy For Dealers returned to me postmarked by January 31, 2012 will reserve your booth location from last year. The balance will be invoiced during the first week in March and due no later than April 7, 2012.
New Dealers or Non-Tenured Dealers: I will begin making booth assignments mid February. Assignments will be made based on the postmark date of the application. Invoices for the balance due will be mailed during the first week in March, and all accounts must be settled by April 7, 2012.
Advertising Dealers: Please return the Advertising Rate Sheet with proper payment postmarked by April 7, 2012. Please also provide a new JPG as some of the ads have been photocopied a number of times and are no longer sharp enough to reproduce. Ad copy should be provided via e-mail to me at bourse@rockymountainstampshow.com no later than April 25, 2012.
